The British Columbia Utilities Commission ruled that the
line to Alberta be limited to 480 MW. As an expert witness
for TransCanada, Boston Pacific had recommended the capacity
be limited due to transmission constraints in Alberta.
TransCanada announces that the Open Season for its two 3,000
MW DC transmission lines will start on October 13, 2009. Boston
Pacific is the Independent Evaluator for this process.
