New Jersey’s Basic
Generation Service Auctions — Served
as the Commission’s consultant for the annual
BGS Auction, the best-known and one of the largest full
requirements auctions in the country. This annually
procures one-third of the electric supply for New Jersey’s
residential and small commercial and industrial customers
and 100% of the electric supply for the State’s
larger commercial and industrial customers.

Maryland's SOS Auction - Boston Pacific acted as the Independent Monitor
for the Maryland Public Service Commission during Maryland's 2009 and 2010 RFP
processes. For each auction, Boston Pacific independently verified the auction
proceedings and advised the Board in approving the auction results in its public
testimony.

Procurement Management PacifiCorp
RFPs — Currently serving the Oregon
Commission as the Independent Evaluator for one RFP
from PacifiCorp, with four RFPs having been completed. These include the 2008 All Source RFP,
and the 2008 R-1 and 2009R Renewables RFPs. We reviewed
and analyzed detailed bids from a variety of sources
and monitored contract negotiations.

almost two year process helping the Public Service Company
of Oklahoma run a successful RFP resulting in a contract
with the winning bidder for a sale of 520 MW for nearly
10 years.

for the Zephyr Power Transmission project, a proposed 3,000 MW high voltage
direct current line expected to move wind generated electricity from Wyoming to
power markets in the Southwest US. Boston Pacific was the Independent Evaluator
