Boston Pacific has extensive experience providing expert testimony. The high-profile nature of our assignments brings intense scrutiny to bear on our work. In all of our work, we are able to clearly explain our findings and support those findings with credible analysis.

Boston Pacific has testified in regulatory proceedings at the FERC and state commissions as well as in arbitrations and court proceedings. We have testified in many cases involving a wide range of topics including competitive procurement, market-based rates, electric utility mergers, gas pipeline cases, and contract enforcement and interpretation. Some examples include (a) our recent testimony on emissions cost, construction cost and fuel costs for the Minnesota Commission; (b) testimony before the Mississippi Commission in its first clean coal/IGCC project; and (c) testimony at FERC on the price competitiveness of proposed power purchase agreements as compared to an affiliate asset purchase.

Additionally, we have served as expert witnesses throughout the nation on subjects such as procurement, antitrust, contracts, and market power.
