DOE Loan Guarantee Program — Boston Pacific is one of the DOE’s approved Market and Financial Advisors to evaluate energy projects seeking loan guarantees from the DOE.     Geothermal power plant in Colombia — Under a grant from the USTDA, Boston Pacific recently performed a technical and economic feasibility study on the development of a 50 MW geothermal facility for one of the leading power generators in Colombia.     Boston Pacific helped prepare a U.S. project development company for sale by — (a) developing financial models for several merchant plants in the development phase, (b) assessing existing projects for re-negotiation and buyouts, (c) drafting the Information Memorandum, and (d) aiding the in-house transaction team by creating and operating an electronic data room.
