Boston Pacific is an industry leader in providing effective, credible and independent market and procurement monitoring to State Commissions, RTOs, and utilities across the country. Our monitoring experience includes serving as the independent market monitor/advisor to the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) RTO, monitoring for all the major full requirements service procurements, and serving as the independent evaluator for unit-contingent procurements.
